As a young entrepreneur with a curiosity and passion for Real Estate, Avrinder pursued his career as a Real Estate Agent in 2012.

With ambition and dedication both on his side, he adapted to the fast growing Lower Mainland real estate market and was acknowledged for both his hardwork and market knowledge. With the foundation poured through real estate and the framework from years of experience in and around homes, a new passion was developed: a passion for construction.

Now 10 years later Avrinder has helped many clients purchase land to build projects for resale and also family homes for their growing families. His top priority has always been the home owner’s satisfaction throughout the entire process: from envisioning and designing to the building and construction followed by years later when the clients are still pleased with the product Premier Homes built them.

Lovepreet Sanghera pursued his Real Estate career in 2016 after spending 2 years at Kwantlen Polytechnic university studying marketing & economics.

Applying his newly learned principles along with his honesty, integrity and determination he achieved many milestones in his sales career. Lovepreet then grew an interest in the niche market of developments and aquired the knowledge and skillsets required to find, analyze and budget development projects of all scales and sizes.

Today, neighborhood concept plans, rezoning guidelines and project proformas are all reviewed and challenged by Lovepreet at the initial stages of each project which has lead to propelled construction cycles and successful sales of the finished product.
